I have over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry training clients of all ages and fitness levels. My passion is helping people improve the quality of their life through exercise. I am 100% committed to helping you achieve your goals in a safe, effective and enjoyable manner.
I started Custom Fitness in 2008 in my hometown of Montville, NJ with the idea that everyone should have a safe place to exercise regardless of their fitness level or health issues. After teaching and training in many large gyms throughout the area, I felt that there was a need for a more personalized approach to fitness. My focus was One-on-One Personal Training and Small Group Training Classes. I was blessed with amazing clients who became like family to me for 11 years. In 2019, with a heavy heart I closed Custom Fitness and moved to Sarasota, FL.
Once again, I have decided to create a private, personal training business here in Sarasota. My mission is to help as many people as I can to become healthier, happier and move better with safe, effective, customized training plans for each individual.
Prior to starting at Custom Fitness, we will meet for a Free 1 hour Fitness Assessment. We will review your individual health history and discuss past and present exercise experience, previous injuries and any health concerns you have. We will then perform a series of Strength and Flexibility assessments, analyze body fat and record measurements. This information will be used to create your Customized Workout Plan.
At the beginning of each Program I will work closely with you to outline specific, measurable goals that we will track over a period of time. As you grow stronger your customized plan will progress to ensure you reach your goals safely and effectively. No matter where you start in your exercise journey, you can and will make progress and experience the confidence that comes when you are moving better and feeling stronger,
My number one priority is to provide you with all the tools necessary to help you achieve the results you are looking for quickly and safely. Whether your goals are weight loss, building strength and endurance, improving balance, increasing flexibility, or improving your overall health I will be there to guide and motivate you every step of the way.
