Custom Fitness Membership Pricing:

We offer Monthly Memberships with automatic payments for your convenience.  All Memberships are 3 and 6 months or 1 year.  There are extra savings the longer you commit to your health.   Members also receive additional benefits such as savings on challenges and specials, discounts on Nutrition Plans, discounts with our Partners, Away Workouts and home workouts, recipes, nutrition tips and more.

Personal Training  Pricing:

We offer Private, Semi-Private (2-4) and Small Group Personal Training  sessions (5-6).   Please email or call  Cheryl for pricing at: cheryl@customfitnessllc.com or 973-610-1998

We also offer Small group training classes (6-10).     Please call or email  Cheryl for pricing at: cheryl@customfitnessllc.com or 973-610-1998

Free Fitness Assessment:
A free fitness assessment including measurements and body fat calculations are available for all memberships.
Nutrition coaching, meal plans, food journal, and routine assessments can be added to any membership.

Sign up is either via email to cheryl@customfitnessllc.com 24 hours in advance of classes with scheduled times or online using our scheduling software.

It is recommended that you schedule times in advance  in order to guarantee that you are able to take the class and the time you want.
Bring a friend and receive a free class! Your first class is free for you to try.

Cancellations

Personal Training:
All cancellations for scheduled personal training sessions require 48 hours advance notice in order to receive credit towards next session. Cancellations less than 48 hours may result in loss of credit due to inability to schedule another client during that blocked time period. Refer to Custom Fitness Policies form for more detailed information.

Classes:
All cancellations for class scheduling must be made within 24 hours notice in order to receive credit towards next session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in loss of credit due to inability to schedule another person during that class period.

Please note memberships can be put on hold due to vacation, illness, injury or financial reasons.  There is no sign up  fee to join. Memberships can be canceled at any time without penalty.
