Personal Training AND SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Your customized training experience begins with a free consultation and fitness evaluation. This includes body composition, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, muscular strength/endurance and goal setting. Based upon this assessment we will design an individualized program for you which will include built in exercise progressions, goal tracking and periodic evaluations to
insure you reach your goals. We have found that acknowledging your achievements is a key factor in keeping up motivation and enjoyment in your individualized program.

Offered in 1 hour and 45 minute sessions, 1 Client at a time
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
3-5 Clients at a time. 1 hour sessions
