I lost a total of 7 pounds and 11 inches on the 30 day challenge! Everything I needed to eat was written out exactly which made it very easy (especially for someone who is always on the go). I have been working with Cheryl for training for a long time now and she continues to make my sessions fun and challenging.
When I left for college in January I was around 100 pounds. When I came home for the summer is was 126. Being a competitive cheerleader all throughout middle school and high school I had always worked out often and been very fit, so this was a big change for me. The seconds I got home from college I started my diet through the Custom Fitness 30 Day Challenge. It was tough at first but soon became a lifestyle again. I cut out carbs, and instead filled my diet with strictly protein, vegetables, limited fruit and healthy fats like nuts. I worked out with Custom Fitnesses customized routines anywhere from 4-6 days a week with a mix of cardio and strength training. Following this diet and exercise program led me to lose 17 pounds. I now weight around 109 pounds again and I can tell you that the work was worth it. Thanks to Custom Fitness, I fit into my clothes again and am just a more happy and confident persona overall:)

I was satiated throughout the day with the food selections and my cravings for sugar and carbohydrates diminished significantly. My weight loss of 7 pounds and inches exceeded my expectations. This 30 day challenge was awesome. The diet plan was easy to follow, no special ingredients having me run here or there, in fact, the meals were so simple i only had to review it on the day before each week and i knew pretty much what to eat for each meal. While it was simple the facebook group was a great asset to find new and creative ways to mix and match the ingredients to keep the food interesting. I do not weigh myself but determine success by how my clothes and body/mind feel. I had more energy and my clothes fit better. A success for me! I would recommend this plan to anyone!
