Class Descriptions
TRX: Suspension Training is basically body weight training using the TRX Suspension Trainer which is attached to a wall or ceiling. The user either places their hands in the handles or their feet in the stirrups while performing various exercises to challenge strength, flexibility, endurance, and power. It can be adapted for a beginner as well as challenge the most advanced exerciser based on the position of the body. The TRX Suspension trainer uses gravity and a persons own body weight to challenge all the muscles in the body while creating instability to develop strong core muscles in every exercise. Traditional exercises such as the Lunge, Chest Press , Squat and Row to name a few take on a whole new dimension when performed on the TRX Suspension trainer. A true total body challenge you will love!
Boot Camp: 1 minute each of cardio, lower body, upperbody and core repeated 8x for a killer total body blast that will keep you moving.
Pump, Jump and Core: 1 upper body, 30 seconds of cardio, 1 lowerbody, 30 seconds of cardio, pilates core move, 1 minute of cardio for a fun and intense cardio sculpt challenge.
Kick, Punch and Crunch: Kickboxing meets boxing on the bag for a total body challenge that will get your heart pumping and your body jumping.
Step, Kick and Glide: 20 minutes of step and intervals, 20 minutes of kickboxing with intervals and 20 minutes of total body gliding exercises guaranteed to burn fat and target and tone those trouble spots.
Muscle Definition: Total Body Sculpting using a variety of equipment to challenge every muscle in your body to the limit while increasing strength and endurance.
Class size is limited to 6 people. Per class fee is $15. Sign up

recommended that you schedule times in advance and pre-purchase
classes in order to guarantee that you are able to take the
class and the time you want.

can come as many as five times a week or as little as once a
week. Bring a friend and receive a free class! Your first class
is free for you to try.
Classes available:
Boot
Camp, Kickboxing, Boxing with bag and gloves, Stability ball
training, Glide and Sculpt, Step Interval, Power Sculpt, Cardio
Sculpt, Circuit training, Sculpting on the ball, and Zumba. Sports classes also available to
increase speed and power in athletes.
New Feature:
Customized group classes available. You bring the people you
want to workout with, choose your class type, the day(s) and the
time. I will then personally design a class just for your group
based on your needs, wants and goals!
Each personal training session is private
unless you choose to bring someone to share in your training.
You will receive 100% focus and dedication from me during every
training session.
