Custom Fitness is a place that provides safe, effective workouts in an encouraging and motivating atmosphere. The small studio space is warm and intimate rather than a large, intimidating gym where you feel you are being judged. Whether your are doing Personal Training or Small Group Training Classes, we encourage everyone to be the best that they can be.
I created Custom Fitness with the idea that everyone should have a safe place to exercise regardless of their fitness level or health issues. After teaching and training in many large gyms throughout the area, I felt that there was a need for a more personalized approach to fitness. The Studio offers Small Group Training Classes that focus on each individual as well as the whole class. Multiple modifications and progressions are provided so that everyone can succeed.
Personal Training sessions are in a separate training room so the individual has complete privacy and 100% of their Trainers attention. At the beginning of each Program I work with the client to outline specific goals to work toward and then keep them on track to achieve those goals. I provide periodic results so that my clients can see for themselves how much they have achieved. The best way to make exercise a part of your life is to enjoy the journey, recognize your achievements and remember where you came from. Then the addiction happens.
Prior to starting at Custom Fitness, I offer a free 1 hour assessment to determine the best level for your success. We review individual health history and discuss past and present exercise experience, any injuries or health concerns and discuss goals. We will perform a series of Strength and flexibility assessments, analyze body fat and record measurements. These guidelines are used to create your Customized Workout Plan.
My number one priority is to provide you with all the tools necessary to help you achieve the results you are looking for quickly and safely. Whether your goals are weight loss, weight gain, building strength and endurance, increasing flexibility, building bone density, improving overall health or learning to exercise for the first time I will be there to guide and motivate you every step of the way. To further increase your chances of success we offer Nutrition Plans for purchase. I also post recipes, exercises, nutrition and diet tips on the Custom Fitness facebook page and in the monthly Newsletter. We also perform a few Challenges a year to help with any weight loss goals and amp up the accountability to help you succeed.
